What should you check first?
Section titled “What should you check first?”If an SMS is not working, send a test message to a phone you control and open Texty > SMS Logs.
The latest log usually helps you determine whether the issue comes from your gateway, account, sender, recipient number, or Texty configuration.
Keep credentials private: Never share your API token, API secret, Auth Token, or license key while troubleshooting.
